Couple of tidbits. Historical figures who were maniacs but who strode across the pages of our history books and made their marks. Often suffered from maladies like lead poisoning.
Many modern PHDs point out there are modern psychosis caused by exposure to heavy elements like lead, radioactives, etc.

A tomato canned food is good for a full year after the date!
All other canned foods are safe for 2 to 3 years beyond the stamped expiration!
