Might be worth seeing a doctor if you're able. The vomiting part is a big sign of pertussis (whooping cough) in adults

My well used Impfbuch (vaccination book) informs me that this is my 10th flu vaccine and 8th COVID vaccine.
Flu is definitely in the lead in the number of my vaccinations. COVID has now equalised with Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis each of which I have been vaccinated against 8 times.

One extra doss against Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis, and Polio comes from a vaccine study of @ovg.ox.ac.uk in which I took part some years ago.

So if you can't tell by now: I am a big fan of vaccinations. Such a great innovation of humanity!

Another reason to love our state, local, tribal, and territorial public health partners - check out this U.S. disease tracker for measles, pertussis, and meningococcal disease: usdiseasetracker.org

Great visualizations to look at cases over time and by demographics

Early prostaglandin D2 (PGD2) production is associated with resistance to F. tularensis and B. pertussis in obese mice, suggesting PGD2 signaling may contribute to obesity-associated protection, helping identify novel host-directed therapeutic strategies https://ow.ly/pxgB5101t5Z.
