To be more precise, Dolly’s Imagination Library did not just distribute “millions” of books to children, but more than 332 million in the last three decades. America—and all of us—are better because of that…and her.
Oh, Dolly Parton. What a loss of a bright light and a beloved human. Beyond from her beautiful music--what a talented composer--her commitment to literacy means so much. She came from poverty and family members who could not read--and she funded the free distribution of millions of chidren's books.

The USS Abraham Lincoln has been at sea for 200+ straight days, and reports say conditions onboard are so bad that multiple sailors have tried to jump off. Our servicemembers deserve better than this. There needs to be an investigation.

He was born in US, educated at Bloomfield Hills Andover, where he captained football team; Univ of Mich; Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar; Columbia, where he earned an MD. Debate his views, not whether he’s a “real” American.
