the epic games layoffs really piss me off because theyre burning money on unnecessary collabs, shitty uefn maps and making modes that deviate too far from the core of fortnite

For my take, I really have no way on why I get so many rejection from my applications to jobmarkets.
All I do is to write, post, waiting for a response, use the opportunity for the interview if possible. But seeing just the declines frustrates me drastically.
