it’s hot and beautiful, i’ve done a parkrun, i’ve had 2 aperol spritzes and a pack of haribo and i’m watching the football. Our son is due in about 10 weeks. Life is good 😊

half marathon done!! 2hr 15 mins, not a terrible time for your first one i think, and a thousand quid raised for Sands!! huge thank you if you donated, and the idea of me being able to do this just a couple of years ago would have seemed ABSURD 🏃
