Hey all! 👋

To introduce myself for any newcomers, I'm a primarily digital artist with an interest in paleontology. I draw a lot of dinosaurs, as well as some creature art and fanart (particularly Jurassic Park).
Here’s the last of my cards for the Earth Guardian booster set, Bagaraatan.

Another fragmentary dino I was unfamiliar with, it’s partly based on Eotyrannus & Alioramus. The colors are from JP Institute artwork by Tim Bradley, hence the similarity to the Ultimasaurus.

Here’s a better look at the Noasaurus artwork I shared earlier.

Because so few bones have been found, I played with the anatomy a bit. Initially, it was thought to have a raptor-like toe claw (now a finger claw). I gave it a bit of a sickle claw, but based it on other noasaurs like Vespersaurus.

Here’s my next Jurassic Park TCG card, a dinosaur I had not heard of before: Qantassaurus.

This fella’s known only from some jawbone fragments and is named after an Australian airline. Colors are based on JPI artwork done by Timothy Bradley.

I can finally share the art I did for the latest Jurassic Park Trading Card Game (TCG) set. This is maybe my favorite of the bunch: Segnosaurus!

It was fun getting to work on a therizinosaur. This is based on its look in JP3: Park Builder (GBA), which in turn is based on artwork by Steve Kirk.

Twitter really got a kick out of these so I figure I’ll post them here too.

Really been enjoying Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream so far and there’s still plenty more Miis and objects I want to make. I’m a massive sucker for games that let you make just about anything.

Playing around with the Chaos Theory dinos. Incorporated some colors/patterning ideas from the concept art.

I was also fortunate enough to make this life reconstruction of a bull American Mastodon for @valivingmuseum.bsky.social! It's featured on signage just below the fossil prep lab windows.

Really enjoyed learning elephant anatomy for this, proboscideans are so cool and I could draw them forever.

Very excited to finally share this artwork I made for the Virginia Living Museum (@valivingmuseum.bsky.social)! This piece, a coastal ghost forest in Pleistocene Virginia featuring American Mastodons, is next to the fossil lab where bones from the Hart-Fiscella Mastodon were prepared.

"This week our head controller was testing the time rovers and encountered major malfunctions on return. As a result of repeated issues with the coordinate locks and transport fields, The Dino Institute will be closing indefinitely. We thank you for your patronage and support."

Another model edit, the Compy from TLW arcade game (ripped by Ziggertron on Sketchfab).

It’s my birthday again! 🥳

Sharing some more 3D models later today, so stay tuned.

It was brought to my attention that the page @ ingenttoday on Instagram made an AI edit of my JP Suchomimus as part of a popular post of theirs. They've used AI extensively for a while now, so I'm not surprised, but it feels shitty seeing my art get mangled in an attempt to "fix" it.

I made an edit of the TLW Arcade Raptor ripped by Ziggertron on Sketchfab to more closely match the animatronic.

Really dig this style of split part models, may do more of these (either edits or made from scratch).

A JP-styled Psittacosaurus I did for fun. Ultimately, I think it looks better and more distinct with the quills even if they were only described after the first trilogy had wrapped (from what I can tell).

Sharing some WIP sketches since I haven't posted new art in a while

I'd been meaning to post more art here and it totally slipped my mind for a bit there.

But, with Jurassic World Evolution 3 coming out soon (including a host of baby dinos & other animals) I figured I'd share more of the hypothetical baby JP/JW animal designs I did a while back.

Going off the Spinoraptors I posted recently, here's the sketch sheet that design arose from. This was done following Jurassic World Evolution 2 releasing their hybrid-centric DLC.

Here's a quick T. rex stop motion test I did yesterday, with a puppet I've made. I wanted to animate more, but I bumped into the camera 🙄

The puppet is made of wire and foam for the body. The head is made of a 3D print skull by Vitamin Imagination, and the "skin" is just unbaked sculpey

Sharing some Spinoraptor color schemes while I'm working on other stuff.

Here's my take on the Rebirth Spinosaurus!

I feel I've seen equal parts love and disdain for these guys, and frankly I'm with the latter. I don't love what I've seen so far, and being early attempts/more "modern" does not carry the design for me. Still much prefer JP3's.
