Senators used to be chosen, now they're elected. The SCOTUS can be, too. One judge per district, 12 districts plus the Chief Justice- 13. 12 year term. Re-election or not is debatable. I suggest two-term limit. Retirement age, non-partisan, ethics requirements.

Senators used to be chosen, now they're elected. The SCOTUS can be, too. One judge per district, 12 districts plus the Chief Justice- 13. 12 year term. Re-election or not is debatable. I suggest two-term limit. Retirement age, non-partisan, ethics requirements.
