Pissed off left-leaning independent. Pissed off and independent because Republicans are stupid and Democrats are spineless.

We all want to know what to do, but none of us is willing to accept the answer to "What is left that we can do?". So...

Following is what to do to prepare for this LITERALLY becoming the 4th Reich. This is dark to contemplate, but it's historically accurate resistance tactics for the worst case.

Total chaos in Russian cities after Ukraine's strikes on just two Yandex data centers wipes out GPS, payment systems, taxi apps and the largest websites, across the country.

Russia's centralized North Korean style internet is the country's weakness, they are fucked.

Hitting Russian data centers and knocking a huge chunk of the bots out of the arena is a tactic I didn't see coming, but I am here for it.

Nice shot, Ukraine. Keep up the good work.

A president who supports a dictator over the right of a people to fight for their freedom is a traitor, not only to the United States, but to the very founding principles of these United States.

Act accordingly.

I'm an independent. Democrats piss me off all the time by tacking to the center when they often don't need to, but they're getting my vote over fascists every time. Fight to make them better in the primaries, and make sure they win in the general. Fight the enemy, not your allies.
October 10, 2026 at 7:53 PM
Single-issue voters are self-defeating. Seriously - handle your issue in the primaries, and stop attacking your own side after them. If you want to clean house of all the problematic people in the better of the two parties, GOOD! But do it before they are the best hope we've got to stop madmen.

I'm deeply concerned for Susan Collins after that debate performance.

We HAVE to stop falling into psychological traps they set.

This was DESIGNED to be taken badly, but gives an obvious "taken out of context" excuse. The POINT was to give something to be outraged about on the left and to give their people something they can defend. That defense solidifies support.

Heartbreak in Springfield, Ohio. Please read this important reporting. It all begins with big lies and it ends with ethnic cleansing and deaths for which we must not only mourn but feel ashamed.

If some newly created PAC isn't running "Paxton backstabs Trump" ads in Texas, it is a missed opportunity. Those who still support him ARE the Trumpers. I don't think he gains back anyone he's already lost by blaming Trump.

I wonder if the billionaires have figured out that their time is nearly over?

Historically, public sentiment like we have now typically does not end well for them.

A lie does not become truth because millions believe it. Wrong does not become right because the majority accepts it. And evil does not become good because enough people choose to look the other way. The masses can make evil normal. It can never make it right.

Folks need to be told that things are going to get WORSE after the midterms, not better. Otherwise, we'll have no umbrella for the shitstorm of propaganda saying its "our fault".

Diesel keeps rising. The damage is locked in and we have to weather it. The worst (R) policies hit after the midterms.
September 25, 2026 at 2:50 AM
Those who assume that the midterms are going to be a normal election where the outcome is clear and there is not a concerted effort by Republicans to create chaos need to rapidly and completely be disavowed of that assumption. They won't accept defeat well.

This one is going to get sideways.
September 23, 2026 at 3:37 PM
Our task:

As good as things look right now, no one - and I mean no one - needs to be taking their foot off the gas until the election is over. They are going to try some nonsense, they are desperate. We need to bring guns to a knife fight for once, and not assume anything, not put up with anything.

Information isolation.

They are seeking to control where their cult gets their information, so that cult members have a path to call everything else fake.

That it is an attack on the "free press" is exactly the point.

The addition of Border Hawk News. The "app". Etc.

Information isolation.

Someone is going to have to explain to me how not covering the White House is punishment for the press being banned from the White House.
September 21, 2026 at 7:21 PM
Things have gone the way they have not because bad people have done bad things - that is always the case. The problem we have is good people who waited too long to act in response to bad people.

The "Failure to Read the Room" award of the month goes to Ed Sheeran and Pink.

I would consider trying a real mea culpa before you totally suicide your careers, but it may already be too late. Damn shame - both are talented and damn well should have known better, I would have thought.

Until the right wing started talking about him, I had no idea who Hasan Piker was.

Tells you something about the power their propaganda apparatus still possesses - even as reality is disproving their ideology works.

Do not underestimate propaganda. It works.

The antidote is to point it out.

Are you prepared for when the election results don't match the reality on the ground?

Y'all act like we have some way to verify results.

We don't.

Plan accordingly.

I predict they'll make it look close. You will be told it was "closer than expected" and "not a complete win" for either side.
