I don’t think even many of those who have come to recognize Donald Trump's extreme narcissism and his sociopathy have any idea how dangerous this phase of his pathology is.

But it's naive, isn't it, to think he's winging it? We need to look at what the current administration is actually doing rather than what they are saying. Trump wants inflation.
