I did a white pizza with chopped spinach mixed with the cheese, and topped with thin sliced onions and the roasted cherry tomatoes. It was a keeper.

I find their produce is hit or miss, and the dividing line is weird. Lemons good, limes bad. Berries good, apples bad. 🤷‍♂️

Biz center rules. If we need hot dog, we prefer Eagan ("the shining Costco on the hill") over St Louis Park (terrifying parking lot).
