Switch 2 update is a huge step in the right direction though it seems my TV is seeing the dock now as VRR enabled even though the game running on it is not. Stinks that developers are now going to have to update to enable this.

Nintendo's switch to key cards really pushed me to explore PC gaming more. Also has led to me exploring SteamOS/Bazzite and using Windows a lot less. Still a game collector and will buy physical Switch 2 titles on the cart, but Linux gaming on handheld PCs is really seeming to be the future.

I sometimes wonder if there's someone out there that played Mario is Missing first and then went to play all the other Super Mario games and was super disappointed. Sorta the opposite experience I had.

Wow I wish this were April fools. Crazy times we live in where the consoles go up in price as we go forward in time. I don't even want to know what a PS6 is going to cost in a couple years.

Steam January hardware survey is interesting. The growth of Linux users is really nice to see and the fact that all the other distros together are now ahead of SteamOS should have Microsoft worried.

Decided it was time to add a Bazzite install to my main laptop. Who would have thought Linux gaming would have evolved to the point where all my machines now have or dual boot some flavor of Linux.
