ALL measures need measure descriptions shown on a glossary page.

I think this would be better if the formatting was custom based on the value.

You can definitley use Report Page Tooltips on other visuals too. Unless I am confused as to what you mean?

I've learnt that the easiest thing is to let my wife pick exactly what she wants to watch, wait ten minutes until she is in a deep sleep then I can change to what I want to watch.
