I've slacked on watching baseball this year... just haven't felt it after umpiring HS FP softball. Found I enjoyed FP more than baseball as a game.

It's hopefully the first in a series of books about lifting and early physical culture... I started focusing on lifting like the early strong men earlier this year, and realized their books are not "user friendly" and are hard to follow sometimes so I thought it was a niche I could poke at. :D

I don't believe in measuring unless I"m baking. So I can't really be more specific on how much of anything.

Tomato paste, tomato sauce, washyoursister sauce, chili powder (til the ancients say enough), rotello tomatoes w/ chilis, beans, onion, garlic, diced carrots, meat, spices whatever you like (til the ancestors say good), simmer all day in the crock pot. some black strap molassis if your fancy.
