Chillies have a flavour not just heat. If you want to decrease heat remove the seed and the membrane they’re attached to. Habaneros and scotch bonnets have a beautiful flavour but also a vicious heat.

I’ve been there and missed it. It was at the end of a long walk. I seem to recall I wanted to get to a point where I could catch a bus by a certain time. I’ll have to make it the main purpose of another walk.

Maybe it’s just my eyes. It could also have had its rim redone after an accident 😱
