Alarms have been going off in the building next to my apartment for the past 14 hours. Nothing is wrong, they just can’t figure out how to turn them off. I feel like I’m losing my mind. I’ve resorted to wearing earplugs. #anxiety

I don’t usually drink coffee but I’ve been fighting a migraine all day so I made an exception. Got an iced latte…Had to lay down for an hour cuz caffeine puts me right to sleep.😴
