If he attached a handgun to it would it still be a “prohibited weapon”?
Philan Tam Duy Le, arrested for transporting a guillotine near the Supreme Court, was released after a judge cited his cooperation and lack of criminal history.

Le, from California, was charged with attempted possession of a prohibited weapon.

And I suppose North Korea has pledged its support for Trumps war?
NEWS: Trump says he has ordered Pete Hegseth to “substantially reduce” joint U.S.-South Korea military exercises, citing his relationship with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

Trump says he is helping North Korea because South Korea refused to join his failed war against Iran.

Only 3 more days until Mitch McConnel is declared dead.

At least he didn’t try to steal the trophy
Several players politely pushed Trump away as they prepared for their official photograph. Yet Trump stayed anyway, lingering beside the team even after repeated attempts by the FIFA president to pull him off the stage. trib.al/QwhlYyK

That this is descriptively true about how to change the US Constitution as of 2026 is all the evidence you need that judicial supremacy—which makes the Supreme Court the *sole* judge of constitutionality in the political system—is plainly incompatible with constitutionalism & the rule of law as such
The thing you need to understand is that there are 2 (TWO) different method for amending the constitution

1) The process laid out in the constititon itself (conventions, or 2/3's of both houses followed by 3/4 of states ratifying)

OR

2) find five votes on the Supreme Court.

Or register for the draft. All the little commitments we perform as American citizens. Can I get out of jury duty if I incorporate myself?
If corporations are legally persons why don’t they face the same kind of punishment when they commit crimes?

In 1979, Iran held US hostages for 444 days and only finally released them after Carter was gone. Perhaps Trump should offer his resignation but I’m not sure Vance is winning any points with the Iranians until he proposes the 25th amendment.
