You ever wonder if trainers from Kanto have a reputation for being dumb as hell in the Pokémon world? Ash Ketchum like "HOLY SHITBALLS, WHAT IS THAT POKEMON, A BRAND NEW POKEMON OUTSIDE THE 150 THAT WE KNOW EXIST, I MUST INFORM PROFESSOR OAK" and it's a Zigzagoon eating out of the trash.

“the republicans” are fucking fascists. “the democrats” are a broad base coalition group spanning the left of center spectrum. some of them suck ass on trans rights. some of them *are trans*. that’s what a coalition group is. welcome to democracy, the worst of all options except for every other.

Kākāpō numbers pass 300 for the first time in 75 years. New Zealand’s flightless, nocturnal parrot now totals 325 birds, after a record 90 chicks fledged this season, built on the Department of Conservation’s recovery programme, which started with just 51 birds in 1995. DOC buff.ly/7YIOBd9

Shoutout to that queer anarchist I came across one day who was absolutely in the bag for mob justice as punishment for rape & sexual assault.

And it was just like, oh, you have absolutely not thought the full ramifications of this through, huh?
if you missed LOAC discourse this morning we're now doing "military officers routinely defying civilian orders is both cool and good, because in my head this will only be used for liberal things I like"

Oh so Texas GOP is just breathtakingly, extra specially, turbo fucked in the Midterms, huh?
Current Republican Senator John Cornyn (Texas) is now vagueposting about a possible endorsement of James Talarico, instead of Ken Paxton (who gave a pedophile a plea deal to escape jail time).

Be prepared for a truly nuclear October Surprise in the Texas Midterms

if Talarico wins, likely Dems win a majority. Judging by their recent performance, that means a sports ban would never pass. He could vote for it to make his constituents happy. It wouldn't matter because Dems have shown that they are ready and able to kill such legislation, even from the minority
Exactly. If you're trans and Talarico wins, maybe he votes for legislation that doesn't allow you to play sports. But it seemingly ends there. Paxton wins he's probably voting for legislation that doesnt allow you to leave your home.

And they’re doing it when actual antisemitism is clearly surging! I get mad about this every day!
I have no idea how to have this conversation within Jewish circles but the very obvious path we're on is that the ADL is devaluing the concept of antisemitism by making it synonymous with Ms Rachel and Macklemore, spending down the capital of American Jews in service of a genocidal apartheid state
yeah the basic issue is that to avoid upsetting the Trump administration, every organization combatting antisemitism has decided that literally only antizionism is antisemitism

What an odd definition of working class.
i like that their methodology would classify someone making $150k as working class if they don't have a college degree, but someone making 50k who has a college degree isn't.
