Ok, so I started Zepbound just a little over a month ago. Doc says to make sure I get Vit D & plenty of fiber. So, I decided I would try to make a low fat smoothie. I bought low fat yogurt, 2%milk, bananas, & frozen strawberries. OMG! Why didn't people tell me what I was missing? It was so good!

Big mystery in my house. Went outside yesterday to play with the dog & I saw something that looked like a black glass tile laying in the grass. I picked it up & it was an IPad! We plugged it in to charge it up to see if it worked. It does considering it rained the nite before. I asked neighbors (1)

Just started Zepbound three weeks ago. Already down 10lbs. I have absolutely NO appetite & actually get nauseous looking at sweet things. I used to down a whole row of Oreos & now I get sick when I smell them. 10 down, 40 to go!

Well, I'm heading to the pharmacy to pick up my Zepbound I got thru the Bridge Program & Medicare. Gonna cost me $50 instead of $1,200/mo. I have approval until 12/27. Here's to hoping it works. I've done sooo much research & talked to people.

Ok, so we applied to adopt a dog that was returned 2x to a rescue. We have lived in our home for 30 yrs. Due to a legality, the house is in trust for my husband's kids. We pay all the maintenance & taxes. We have adopted other dogs with no issues. The homeowners ins is in our name. The rescue🧵

Why is it a man is completely unaware that you are using the vacuum & has to lift his feet? My husband also doesn't realize that I have to get behind his chair to plug in the vacuum & doesn't put his recliner in a sitting position making it harder for me to get to the outlet! WTF? Is he blind?
