I still cry to this day. I live in Philly & we had coworkers that were supposed to leave for San Francisco that morning. They were gonna fly out of Newark but decided to fly from Philly. They had to land in Iowa & rent a van to get back. One decision saved their lives.

I'm always looking for low cal, high fiber foods now. The medicine doesn't work on its own but I'm doing good as I have ZERO side effects that scared me when others were talking about it. They said nausea & constipation. I have neither🙏

No ice cream. I use organic frozen strawberries from Sam's Club. A three pound bag was $8. Makes it cold. I'm trying to stay away from ice cream although I have no desire for it. I'm loving this Zepbound. I don't want chips or sweets. And I can't eat as much.

I've been using low fat vanilla yogurt, 2% milk (lactose free), frozen strawberries, & fresh bananas. So freaking good & fills me up.
