I create software systems, usually in Go. Interested in SaaS / self-funded calm company. Founder at onparle.ca

btw, I'm blind and use a screen reader.
as someone writing Go for 12 years, abstractions is used very rarely in Go so that kind of drive my mindset elsewhere as well. But usually I only abstract something if there's 2 implementations or I really need to test something I don't want to use the real implementation for.

nice, Delphi was so great, the one binary initiator.

I'm shock though, I've been inviting you to go podcast() for years, even when we started talking on Twitter +2-3 years ago :P - ah well

soc2 is such an miss-understood thing, it's not like you're having PII, you have email addresses which upvotes probably public roadmap items. I mean, why would you need SOC2, But hey, everyone one is doing / requiring it, so it should be valid for all companies to comply....

yep congrats, maybe you were called crazy because you cannot count 1, 2, 4 :P maybe it had nothing to do with your SaaS all these years haha

thanks, we will see, I prefer to stay conservative a little for now. The hardest thing about self-funding its company is keep pushing even when it takes so much time to go to next level, and without funding this is pretty risky ;), it's also a bit where the fun is.

totally, I've been playing Hearthstone with the screen reader, I'm trying to build a tool for a sport sim I played while I was still able to read the screen so it's accessible.
If you ever have 5-10 minutes, I'd really like to talk about your setup for streaming, it's something I'd like to try.

Even companies having the copy/pasted paragraph "We give equality chances ... " - Yeah, I've had discrimination since I started in 2001, and I was not even using a screen reader back then.

I'm not complaining but maybe denouncing a little. Just give it a fair chance for real if you can.
