Update: I grew a third testicle overnight into Sunday morning! Got it looked at and sent to three hospitals and they're draining it today. The entirety of what's above my thumb is very solid and literally grew from the previous post's size in less than 8 hours.

Ok so I shaved and I thought this was a pimple, but now it's a solid lump. Feels maybe like it's puss or just fluid, but pretty firm.
