We have so thoroughly and systematically destroyed almost every avenue for children to acquire critical thinking skills that they are getting down to eliminating things like “see a single reference you don’t immediately understand” and I just don’t think we are prepared for the ramifications

It's frustrating watching the left eat the left. Must be nice to be privileged to not suffer like society's most vulnerable while trashing every alternative to fascism in search of perfection.

I'm mainly frustrated by what appears to be an utter lack of effort to address the rampant exploitation of housing as an investment vehicle. When there's evidence to support homelessness costs the public more than housing people, it feels like taxes are subsidizing private equity profits.
