Hi all, just a quick introduction.
My names Ed, I'm an avid long term hobbyist in tabletop miniatures. I love to paint and play games with minis. I'm a professional freelance videographer as well.
Trying to retreat from the other accursed place to somewhere nicer.

When reality surpasses fiction!

Top: fictional forecast for August 2050, broadcast by French TV in 2014 to warn about the consequences of global warming.

Bottom: Real French forecast for yesterday, June 22, 2026.

If Muslims or members of the Asian and Black community had set fire to white people’s homes with children running for their lives, do you think we would be discussing legitimate concerns or focussing on who radicalised them and ideological and contributing cultural factors?

Social media needs huge reform.
Some limiting of reach, especially of overseas actors inflating social tensions for profit.

Stronger enforcement/ban of political advertising similar to that of broadcast media.

Make shadowbanning an an actual thing.

Rest in peace John, your work will stand alongside the greatest of concept artists. Up there with Giger in sheer atmosphere and texture for me.
RIP to John Blanche, the best to ever do it. Before Warhammer was even Warhammer he understood what it was: weird, gross, unsettling, maximalist.

Getting my elderly mother a subscription to Private Eye last Christmas 'because I know you like Ian Hislop on TV' has been way more effective at reducing her right-wing rants than several years of effort by me & my siblings. Cheers Ian

Vortex mixers are fuuuuuun.
Also get the laboratory ones, they are literally half the price of most of the hobby ones. Much time and arm pain saved.

This letter is incredibly tone deaf.
Blaming outreach to communities is insane. Just absolutely maddening.

Very poor form.
I live here, all the chat has been about how shit the reform campaign was.
Plus you can't ignore 42% of a constituency and expect to win!
Pure sour grapes and dog whistling. Piss off.

All the different and various art styles in trench crusade is really heartening to see. I love gw stuff, but the artistic homogeneity has become a bit bland.

“It is plausible that politicians are influenced by the fact that they hear much more from those who stand to lose from green policies than from those who stand to gain.”

Big plausible vibe. 😏
