I do not like that you are talking about shooting people who are in several cases my friends.

If you see the labs as the Great Satan, and think they can only be dealt with by polarizing employees into a grand blunder, fine, death threats could be the right strategy. I don’t think they are.

Yes, and I don’t think anyone thinks OpenAI’s been good on this one. Charitably, I think there are limits to what he can tweet about without legal getting involved. I do think that this set of tweets are about vitirol, not content, and the (relatively) is doing a lot of work here.

They’re not the threat, but if you see them every way on your way to work, you will adopt a bunker mentality about them. Which is bad! And I think he’s aware of that, because that’s what his posts there are about!

I have several times found it very helpful, when I have cleaned up many of the problems, to ask an agent to make a list of guidelines that the fixes seem to imply following that it did not the first time. Adding these fixes to an agents.md file… generally helps a lot?
