In the latest edition of what random stuff can I throw in a brownie, I present you with twix brownies. Very nice but was very aware of the extent of shrinkflation as I unwrapped all the twix bars for this one.

This is the view from my aunty’s house. These days the village has a tiny population of around 30. There is one cafe, no shop and no work but when it looks like this, I can see why you wouldn’t want to leave

I am terrible at finishing reading a book before I before I start a new one. I’ve just realised I have currently got 6 books on the go, not to mention the dozens of unread ones in the house I haven’t picked up yet. I’m not buying any more until I at least finish the ones I’m currently reading.
