In the same way that the invention of photography incentived the development of abstract art, the silver lining to this immense dark cloud is that a type of "dirty" art will be incentivized. One that revels in ugliness and the vulnerability of human error. The end of auto-tune.

Found the paint option. I still use blender like a crow looking for new trinkets.
Most of the model‘s surface is painted, sone of the mesh is flipped and therefore the lighting us wrong. I managed to fix that later.

Look who sat down and fought through some blender tutorials. And I mean fight.
Goal is to print a sizeable figure. Will I get there? Who knows. I‘m not that far into the tutorials
Ambros‘ hair in Blender. Thanks youtube! Unfortunately don‘t know how to paint the hair as long as I keep them in the Bezier curve state. Assembling the guy pice by piece. No need to detail the body underneath the clothing, that saves render power. Love the sculpting tools for fabric. Full view from behind. Not super happy with the pants.

When making my roach pattern, it was important to me that it was *modular*. Because roaches come in vaguely similar shapes yet very different. So I finally braved it and tackled two different species!

More and more people reporting today that Stripe - the payment processor that Itch said were putting the most pressure on them - now have staff actively confirming that yes, they are censoring LGBT content, adult or otherwise. That this is official company policy.

This seems kinda significant.

Meliads who want to stand out often use body modifications that show off their insect features or are otherwise not possible for humans.
They can pull back the fat body that makes up their intricately detailed "human skin".

One of his antennae has been broken and made to look more even with leather bands. He uses a leather brace to hold back the skin from his right hand to play the strings without the need of a guitar pick.
