The resilience of immigration in these figures is really troubling. We need the reporting of the fall in small boat and general immigration to ramp up. Reform can come back as long as that issue reigns.

Farage being deliberately misleading by pretending the Govt have only announced that the donations cap will be retrospective as a response to Refuk's recent £76m.
In reality, Govt made clear in March that the cap would apply from then.
