When it comes to those I know who had past experiences, I'm not sure if it's something I'd like to bother poking them about. The WLP thing feels long like history for others and I. General consensus is that he's always been trouble (shady, highly immature.. among other things). Not someone to trust.

Honestly, I was done with the FiM 19666 file before posting screenshots of what I had came across so far at the time. It didn't exactly feel worth figuring out what's going on exactly there. At least, without putting it through dynamic analysis. Not really expecting anything special anyway.

When it comes to FIM19666b's 19666.exe, it looks like it has a lot of filler bytes (not visible straight-up in a hex editor) as to make it larger than it really is (probably to avoid anti-malware detection if they have limits on file size). It's compiled in C++. Looks somewhat obfuscated.
