PT called. They overbooked and need to reschedule my shoulder eval for 2 more weeks out. I already have to wait 1.5 weeks for my initially scheduled appt for a shoulder that's barely usable.
I said no, and they worked it out.

This morning I sat and crafted for an hour without any problems, but after standing for 11 minutes to get dressed and do minimal makeup, my heart rate was high and I had to lie down. #Visible really has been helping me recognize my triggers.

Add a #rotatorcuff strain to my neverending list of medical problems, and active #physicaltherapy order #4. The doctor was condescending until he examined me and very quickly saw an obvious problem.
