Lots of serious work gets done that you never hear about until you cut the funding and no one can do it anymore so it becomes a crisis

I fully believe living in a big city without a car for years made me braver in the day to day than other people. It’s really weird
Years of media framing cities as scary and violent will do this. Research shows that the the strongest media cultivation effects (media shaping our perception of reality) occur when audiences have limited direct experience with the “scary thing.” So, Fox News plus living in a rural place = this.

In addition to VitaminA (& cod liver oil), RFK has been saying budesonide (a steroid) and clarithromycin (an antibiotic) “treat” measles. Neither treats measles - although steroids & antibiotics may sometimes be used for complications - and there are significant risks (ie HARMS) associated with them
