A couple years in the making, but the preprint is finally out! We developed a pipeline for timelapse, volumetric FLIM (vFLIM) that incorporates multi-channel light sheet excitation, a SPAD array detector for widefield FLIM, and machine learning lifetime processing.

Happy to share our newly developed BV-binding optogenetic tool FenixS/Ash1.

Our goal was to make a small, red light-responsive optogenetic core that can function with endogenous level of BV in mammalian cells.
