Made a Chulcrix as a request for my brother/DM for an Ethereal plane adventure I'm a part of, so he can use it to kill us. I kitbashed a slug fidgit toy, weighted down the base, sculpted the mouth with green stuff and kitbashed a magma scorpion's claws! #miniature #minipainting #dnd

Violet Ninja Vella, her season 1 is a ninja character. She's the oldest of the group and also the member who is most willing to step in the line of fire and to fight. Despite being a ninja, she is straightforward in her approach for fighting and for how she treats her friends. Maybe the lack of deception is the truest ninjitsu, a truth is just a triple bluff in some philosophical way.

This Minu took a while because the sword drove me up the wall, and I wanted to try some brushes and try texturing the art. I wanted to try and contextualize a brutal final fight with how it would look like. There's blood, there's wounds and I had fun. #art #dnd #pathfinder #samsaran #drawing
I wanted to portray what a fight against a stronger/superior foe would look like, and went for wounds that were not lethal but debilitating. I essentially recreated the final fight of her "Season 1" against a too powerful opponent, because she was stalling them to give the rest of the team time to finish their plan.

I'm doing a test to see just how bad the algorithm is for posting art when I use labels in good faith. The piece I drew the other day is more battle damaged so there's depictions of blood and wounds beyond the anime # on the cheek. So if you already saw it, I'm sorry. If you didn't, well!

The demonic form of one of the NPCs from the campaign Minu's from, another PC (Lex) hugged her! I wanted to combine a lionfish and an anglerfish to really showcase an ambush predator that has vicious self defense mechanisms to try and keep people away. #mermay #drawing #art #ttrpg #dnd #pathfinder
Wanted to do a deepwater fish as her core design because she's deep in the demonic transformation. I went with an anglerfish because they're female and using hte light lure as a light at the end of the tunnel, then kept her upperhalf bright with lionfish designs and stripes to issue she's poisonous. But I wanted to make sure she has the ambush predator emphasized, so I went with a more camouflaged siren/mermaid lower half, and the real danger is the smaller arms that hold you place and feed you into her stomach mouth. A couple of miniatures I painted for my brother that's been longstanding. The Dire Tiger was messed up because the teeth were originally just weirdly red instead of gory red, his leg was popped out (I had to mold the gap), and the druid's face was just messed up. #miniatures #miniaturepainting #dnd

I doodled an updated hairstyle that I really liked for Minu, and I like how I'm making her hair less "helmet-ish". Used a stock photo for cosmic background, tried out a ripple tutorial for the floor. #art #magicalgirl #drawing
I've always drawn her with two sets of eyes because Samsarans lack irises and pupils, so I've thought about how to portray that without just making them glowing white. The reasoning for the other one is she wears contact lenses to give her an eye colour.
