If I were the chair of the DNC and a Democratic gubernatorial candidate was attacked in the critical midterm election year, I’d probably highlight the fact that Donald Trump and the right have been stoking political violence for years with conspiracy bullshit and civil war rhetoric.

I’m pleasantly surprised. Instead of blowing it on expensive TV ads, they’re investing in field staff, new offices, volunteer programs, and outreach to Latino, Black, and Alaska Native voters.
