I like to think I am a thoughtful, kind, pragmatic fellow on my best days. On my worst days, I'm just another jerk. Wishing you a blessed day.
They're at best #3:

#1 Tulsa
#2 Oklahoma State
#3 Oregon

Biggest home field advantage in the country!

That wasn't a fluke win. OSU outgained the Ducks almost 2-to-1. That's the beauty of college football.

Musk's argument that machines are much smarter than humans is bolstered by the fact that Musk himself is a human.

I mean, falsely declaring victory and ending this debacle is the least bad option available to us.
September 3, 2026 at 12:58 PM
That was very different, Catherine: that was before the Trump administration got its cut.

Erin was the most qualified person for this position and was a meritocratic choice. Also, the qualification for this position was having the most empty space inside the cranium.

Congratulations to these buffoons for suckling on the government teat.

Nobody will be comparing him to Jimmy Carter. He won't be worthy of that honor.

They have more completions, a better third down conversion rates, are dominating time of possession by a nearly 2-to-1 margin, and are tied in turnovers. How bad could it be for them?

I don't think I've ever met someone who feels more entitled than JD Vance.
August 29, 2026 at 3:04 PM
He's too stupid to even type out his own unhinged social media posts. How reassuring!
August 22, 2026 at 10:37 PM
I've always thought of him as the World's Leading <fill in the blank> Expert!
August 22, 2026 at 10:21 PM
Due to bad judgment on my part, I looked him up and read his most recent Medium post. He describes some drama he's involved in and his last sentence is, "There is a chance that this person is insane." And "this person" refers to himself. So he's still a very stable genius, I see.
August 22, 2026 at 10:17 PM
Is he still posting through things on Twitter? I doubt he'll ever be able to top his COVID "insight."

As others have pointed out, her "I don't speak politician" line is a calculated talking point as evidenced by her throwing in the ridiculous transgender athletes in sports talking point. All she is capable of is speaking politician because she has no substantive understanding of anything.

The pearl clutching would hit harder if the White House didn't call the Georgia senator Jon Jackoff and a cuck.
August 19, 2026 at 1:09 AM
LOL @ the usual suspects clutching pearls. They understand where their income comes from.

That's a fair point, but it was also a bad framing of the DSA by Jeffries. Half of the party is voting for progressive candidates and both the progressive and centrist halves are needed to win elections. I agree the progressive voters are not all voting for those positions, though some are.
August 16, 2026 at 5:49 PM
That's a combination of simply stating actual Democratic positions and promising results that he likely can't deliver, but it would have been better than selling out the base of the party that he needs to show up in large numbers to win in November.
August 16, 2026 at 4:40 PM
"I don't support abolishing the Senate, but I think the Senate must hold itself accountable to delivering for the American people. The Republican controlled Senate is not doing that and that's why I am campaigning so hard to bring Democrats into office to bring change to help Americans."
August 16, 2026 at 4:39 PM
I think a better answer would have been to offer something to both sides. "I don't support defunding the police, but I do expect accountability for all public officials. The lawlessness of the Trump era must end. I don't support open borders, but the recklessness of ICE needs to be reined in now."

The fundamental problem is POTUS and Congress. Yes, people below him could bravely fall on a sword to expose this particular instance of corruption, but POTUS has an unlimited supply of swords to use and Congress is unwilling to use its Constitutional authority to impeach and convict him.
August 15, 2026 at 9:41 PM
It's heartbreaking to see this happening. What has happened to Americans that this is who we are? Just very sad. So many lives will be upended and tormented, for no reason but hateful spite.

So Tafoya has suspended her campaign stops and will conduct virtual town halls to do her part to be a patriot about this, right? Right?
