New from me: LAPD released video from an in-custody death that occurred in July. Jose Carlos Hoyos-Munoz appeared to be in crisis as 6 to 9 officers beat him three separate times. One officer is seen putting his knee into the back and neck of Munoz. He died 20 min later.
