If you haven't submitted comments on the catastrophic OMB proposed rule that would subject science to political scrutiny, you can do it by going to www.federalregister.gov/documents/20... and stating that you adopt mine by reference. Let me know if you do. :) 1st 10 pages here. Next 10 in next post.
