you could mix, in an alternating pattern, the broken swirly ones with the whole swirly ones (like the first image), maybe radiating out from a center point (like the second image)

for the large broken pieces in the right hand corner, you could stack them sort of like in this photo. And I think their dotted texture goes well with the little shells that look like hedgehogs in the left hand corner. I think the textures of those shells would look nice together

you could paint the broken edges in a metallic

for your olive shells and the unicorn horn ones

Last thing I'll add, but I'm completely stuck on thinking about shells now. Pinterest has a lot of inspiration
