Before you leave a company make sure you know of any retirement benefits. Check back every few years to ensure they have all of your data correct. Update them when you move.

I think this a bit too kind to Kegsbreath, but still describes much about him.
Fears about masculinity have driven militaries to incompetence for over a century. Read FP’s paywall-free analysis:

I’ve not heard anyone tie Trump’s tariff mania to corruption. Am I missing what’s being said, is there some other reason it’s not being said, or am I completely wrong to think the tariffs are intended to line republican pockets? If Trumpism wins I fear the return of a Conkling type senate.

An early goal from Egypt then Messi denied on a PK. Loving this match already.

Belgium/Egypt must be the most boring match so far. May end up the worst of the tournament.

There is no good excuse for how this was handled. Even if we believed the reason, waiting for his arrival is an embarrassment to the US. There a multitude of better ways to handle the situation.

Huge fight coming over a basic choice: lift the cap so the wealthy pay their fair share, or cut benefits for everybody. Yesterday Mike Johnson made clear he plans benefit cuts.

There’s a massive immigration operation in Memphis right now, but you may not have heard about it.

Why? Community members face retaliation for trying to spread the word out, a lawsuit alleges.
Memphis is “under full-blown occupation” by ICE. Here’s why you may not know that.

Without birthright citizenship there is no freedom. No civil rights. No democracy.

Because then your citizenship in the country where you were born becomes a political question. People with power decide if you belong. Instead of the other way around, the way it should be.
