I was one of those "chicken little" people who opposed the creation of the machine of our subjugation.
This is exactly what all of us Chicken Littles were concerned about when DHS was legislated into existence back in the Patriot Act days.
I always thought it was a hypothetical, because presidents used that power more or less responsibly, until 2020. Of course in 2025/2026 it's 100x worse than 2020.
