I still love that the main coding website is called "GitHub."

my more serious point on this is that i don't think anything planned as youth investment alongside this effectively tackles:

1) the lack of facilites and community halls to HOST youth activity, nationally. it's all sold off
2) few people havd CONSISTENT time to volunteer anymore. Especially parents

Worth noting that in 1921, the American Yiddish-language press described the anti-Black Tulsa massacre as a “pogrom,” because they knew that was the word that would best make their immigrant Ashkenazi Jewish readers understand what happened. ingeveb.org/blog/the-mos...

They should build loads of data centers all over the place that contain huge quantities of books that people can borrow for free if they fill out a form to get a data center card and promise to return the books on time and don’t make too much noise in the data center.

He's showing America that things REALLY can get better when you work on behalf of everyone, not for the Epstein class.

It is really, really wild how persistent and prominent this remains in common LLMs. There seems to be an air of "well they fixed that" and it is 100% not true: most of the energy just seems to be going towards 'being plausible enough to be accepted', ie style and not accuracy or truth
OpenAI ”acknowledged in its own research that LLMs will always produce hallucinations due to fundamental mathematical constraints that cannot be solved through better engineering, marking a significant admission from one of the AI industry’s leading companies.”

You can’t trust chatbots.
OpenAI admits AI hallucinations are mathematically inevitable, not just engineering flaws
In a landmark study, OpenAI researchers reveal that large language models will always produce plausible but false outputs, even with perfect data, due to fundamental statistical and computational limi...
