This was a really wonderful first-watch. An ambitious SOV horror movie in a world where death has just...stopped. The world has ended because nobody can die anymore. They just keep going, trying not to damage the body they'll be stuck in forever. Sad as hell, really compelling low-budget filmmaking.

Donations have been slow this month, our expenses are piling up, and now Shadow is back at the vet today for an emergency visit. She has had a persistent cloudiness in her left eye that we and our vet have been monitoring, and today the eye appears sunken in with swelling around the socket. Our vet is concerned there may be a mass behind her eye. �� We have been treading water with an approximately $2000 deficit in our vet fund, and today's visit could easily add another few hundred to that total. An emergency visit runs $155, and skull rads will be another $275, and that's before any potential treatments are considered. We know times are really tough right now and most everyone is struggling. Please take care of yourselves first, but if you have extra to spare, we appreciate it so much.
