I'm happy for Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan's new railway but I'll be even happier when the People's Republic builds railways between First Nations who need this #Infrastructure to escape tge poverty forced upon them by "Canada". The railway will an #Economic bridge between FNs & the rest of #BRICS.
