Dear BlueSky Diary:
It occurred to me that I have spent the decade I’m in pretty much crying as things fell and fall apart. I’m ready for the winning. I’m ready for better. Im ready to see positive outcomes of all this hard.

Positive: old photos that remind me of the laughter with old friends

Dear BlueSky Diary:
It just keeps getting harder. I’m finding it hard to keep my head up, to keep faith or believe, to attract and affirm. Because I’ve been trying to turn my mind set around and do all the things.

Positive: texting sarcastic jokes to those in some of the trenches with me.

Dear BlueSky Diary:
Baby steps forward when it seems any steps forward are baby sized feel hard to celebrate. I’m not alone in needing some big and consistent wins. So many of us did the things we were supposed to do.

Positive: an encouraging message from a friend who sees my efforts.

Dear BlueSky Diary:
Was it supposed to be this hard? It’s difficult to release limiting beliefs when you don’t understand what better looks or feels like. It feels like I’m the only one buckling under the weight. How do I get to higher ground?
Positive: skorts and friends of skorts

Dear BlueSky Diary:
Why can the arrogant demanding attitude still make me feel so wound up? Why can’t I blow it off, not react? It must be misery to behave like that. But I’m curdling inside. I want to regain myself.

Positive: One day. Soon. Breathe.

Dear BlueSky Diary:
Talked to a neighbor who just opened up out of the blue. It’s been a rough few years. Full time employed people struggling. Family life not always what it seems.

Positive: Don’t bottle it all up. More people can relate than you know. The struggle bus is not empty.

Dear BlueSky Diary:
They restructured our pay periods. Claim our annual amount didn’t change. But the new paychecks don’t equal the old monthly income. So on a monthly basis the ends don’t meet.

Positive: not sure. Savings is there to dip into but it’s supposed to be savings not spending.

Dear BlueSky Diary:
Trying to start my day with positive self talk. But don’t want to gaslight myself. Heard yesterday that having faith is not the absence of feeling overwhelmed or breaking down. Those happen. Hearing that helps.

Positive: see above.

Dear BlueSky Diary:
Doing my level best. It’s hard to change my mindset. But I’m trying. Maybe this time.

Positive: hearts and flowers

Dear BlueSky Diary:
The grocery store stresses me out. The repetitiveness of the weekly shop. The stress of how much it all costs. I whisper to myself the whole time “it’s okay, you’re okay, you’ve got the money this week, don’t worry about next week.”

Positive: this week’s is done.

Dear BlueSky Diary:
Well. I came in contact with a bat. No broken skin but getting the shots.
I’m deeply unhappy with the whole ordeal.

Positive: the fact that there are shots for this. Omg.
August 7, 2026 at 8:58 PM
Dear BlueSky Diary:
I’m tired. I’m sick of having to think about dinner, making dinner, what to buy, how to afford it. I’m tired of saying exactly what I need and having it ignored or acknowledged but not done.

Positive: enough hope of a different story to keep me from spiraling down. Most times.
August 6, 2026 at 9:41 PM
Dear BlueSky Diary:
Yesterday an old toxic pattern crossed my path again. I attempted to handle it differently but the sludge left behind after felt too much the same.

Positive: text venting to a friend and went outside and “wiped” it off after.

Dear BlueSky Diary:
Marking good days and decent days is important for when it’s not one of those days. Because that’s when it’s hard to remember those days exist and will come again. Today was good. Decent. Whew. Marked.

Positive: see above.

Dear BlueSky Diary:
Some things keep trying to pull me backwards or back into habits I am leaving behind. Trying not to let it affect my stress or anxiety or interrupt my new path and timeline.

Positive: watching a friend navigate a stressful situation without arguing or sinking under the stress.
July 28, 2026 at 5:55 PM
Dear BlueSky Diary:
A bit of return to my usual schedule. I feel like that alone made me feel more myself again. Trying not to inhale the stress.

Positive: one of the better returns in a long time.

Dear BlueSky Diary:
I know I can only control myself - my decisions, actions, emotions. But why can’t they learn and grow, as well? Because it’s still up to me what actions get taken when others won’t also act.

Positive: morning walk with a friend.

Dear BlueSky Diary:
Trying to make my brain stay positive. Trying to understand that money is energy and to be part of that positive energy flow. Trying not to freak out when I need to simply buy a new belt. Or charging cord. It’s okay. I’m okay.

Positive: encouragement from a friend.
July 25, 2026 at 11:36 PM
Dear BlueSky Diary:
Realizing how much my brain tries to generate negative thoughts as a first resort. Actively telling myself to stop imagining the worst.
Positive: blueberry lemon tea.

Dear BlueSky Diary:
Consciously trying to stay in the present. Beating back worry like it’s a tangible thing. Reminding myself to allow what’s also going well.
Positive: 10 minute yoga for stress and anxiety videos. Breathe.

Dear BlueSky Diary:
Calling on good energy for some decisions being made today. Morning started off slightly shaky but felt better soon enough.
Positive: writing in a journal in a coffee shop.

Dear BlueSky Diary:
A new plan. Trying to find ways to calm down. Trying to take care of today. Notice today. Not live in past or future brain.
Positive: haircut

Dear BlueSky Diary:
Things are very rocky. Trying not to spiral. Trying not to panic. Trying to trust and believe. Positive: found some laughs earlier in the day.
