For the time being, let’s celebrate that the center of the court did hold, even as dangers remain ahead in both 2026 and 2028.

Jared Kushner is not "on the other side of the aisle."

He's not an elected official. He's not an administration official. He's the president's son-in-law and a private citizen.

You do not, in fact, have to take meetings with relatives of the president. Some might even say you should *not* do that
Jeffries defends his meeting with Kushner: "I'm of the view that if we're going to be committed to actually solving problems on behalf of the American people ... they're are gonna be times that you have to speak with people on the other side of the aisle. Even people you strongly disagree with."

25 years ago, terrorists killed nearly 3,000 people, including 2,753 New Yorkers.

As we remember that terrible day, let us also remember the first responders, office workers and strangers who ran toward danger to help each other.

Can Senator Jon Ossoff Hold On to His Seat?
He’s the most vulnerable incumbent in the Senate race, and his state is ground zero for the new Jim Crow attacks on voting rights.

If you actually believed in democracy, you’d admit that—sometimes—you lose elections.

You’d admit that when a majority of “them” vote against you, you lose.

“We won’t let them win.” That’s corruption and tyranny.

At least he’s honest, I suppose.
Mike Johnson: "We cannot and will not allow them to take the majority in the Congress. We're not gonna do it."

Last week, it wasn't even a "war" according to Trump. Before that, he's said dozens of times that Iran was totally defeated already.

Trump is making it all up as he goes because he has no idea what he's doing — and it's raising your costs and making our country less safe.

Any news outlet that spent even one segment or one article on "Joe Biden is old" in 2024 should be going wall-to-wall with stories about the dementia-ravaged 80-year-old who keeps posting AI garbage and telling insanely obvious lies about himself.

And yet
Trump claims he was basically lifted out of the rubble on 9/11: "Two fireman, big strong guys, they grabbed me under the arms -- 'got to get our of here!' -- and they literally lifted me up, and they started running with me."
