And, I should clarify, I mean private *for profit* operators of the malls-airports.
The sky high fees under the current private not for profit model makes me skeptical of the status quo.
Private for profits are pretty good at *running* malls and logistics!

You may be right, but we can’t stop trying…There just isn’t time for people to learn by putting their hand on the stove.
