I never imagined getting this far on a sports related case but here I am

My state discrimination case is headed to mediation, when the state gets some IT/Portal details fixed

The bike race/NJ one... working on my rebuttal and feeling good, I think my argument is cogent and fits in a legal framework

My in-state discrimination case is likely going to mediation. I will believe it when I am there. The NJ case against the bike event people asked for a rebuttal/position statement

I remain cautiously optimistic for both. I am adamant I won't compromise my principles for either

the reply on my sports-based (cycling) discrimination case is in. I am encouraged by the polite tone, although kind of in shock at their reasoning which I can only politely say is stunningly simplistic... and yeah, discriminatory.

On to investigation... and still looking for a lawyer!!

With respect to my in state (MA) discrimination case, I keep telling them it's not about the money. I don't want a settlement based only on dollars... but that's what they lead with every time.

Can we start with a meaningful apology? an admission that I've correctly reported the facts? wtf

two of my three discrimination cases are heating up. I have the in MA one under control. I am looking for a lawyer in NJ (maybe NY later) for a sports related case. I am a 60+ y.o. trans woman looking to compete NB in a cycling race. deets in the comments

Seth Moulton is going to eat shit today because he is out of touch with his electorate. He tried to make himself a national media figure by coming out against trans athletes in the midst of voters scrambling to handle the internal trans refugees moving to our state to flee red state anti-trans laws.

"I support trans rights except.." or "I support trans rights but not.." isn't support in the least. You are perpetuating stereotypes and misinformation

True support doesn't come with an asterisk- it comes with support for bathrooms, sports, trans kids right to medical care.. and much much more

36 hours after putting E in my body for the first time, I sat in my therapist's office and told her 'Wait! the world is in color??!'
Realizing you’re transgender can be like finally putting on glasses after years of assuming the world was just naturally blurry.

The clarity you get changes everything.

It's gfny day--- I rode my jersey from when I completed the Gran Fondo NYC along with rainbow sox. It's a day to be seen not celebrate for me.

I fail to see how letting me compete as non-binary or female would alter anyone's experience.

If washed-up has-beens from the NBA want to declare themselves trans women, the WNBA could simply say, “Okay, ma’am, show us the receipts for your hormone treatment and you’re good to play.”

None of these assholes, Burns confidently suggests, would be willing to go that far to commit to the bit.

A trans couple has been brutalized by a mob, and then the trans woman ended up being arrested afterwards, at a public bathroom in Louisiana.

EITM writer S Baum investigates this horrible act of violence in our latest piece.

An angry mob allegedly beat them. The police charged them. The municipality voted for one of the most severe anti-trans bathroom ordinances in the country.

When Seth Moulton is backed into a corner, he throws vulnerable communities under the bus. That's his playbook. It's not progressive to call for a "discussion" about the rights of trans kids—it's the MAGA strategy.

Their next phase of perverted loserdom is attempting to keep girls from playing sports. In the creepiest ways they can muster.

Candidate for the MA-06 congressional seat- Yeah, I get your fliers in the mail. You are only going to get my vote if you mention trans rights. Think about who you are replacing. It hasn't hurt Ed Markey. It can only help you.

I refuse to vote for anyone not supporting trans rights, in writing
