No, so that is the good news. The bad news is that the court even took the case to begin with. Many are predicting 7-2 or 8-1 against tRump.

One thing to remember about ACB is that she has adopted kids that she sure as shit wants to be US citizens and she knows damn well that if they can come for birthright then can come for naturalized as well.

This is genuinely a bombshell. All courthouse arrests should cease immediately. There should be a Congressional investigation & civil rights actions for every illegal abduction of immigrants trying to follow the rules and appear in court. (2/2)
