Thanks for enjoying my week drawing pin-ups of my faves in sexy outfits, but I think I gave up the privilege of claiming art block when I went and gave Pyra the Frieren head angle earlier.

Simple sketchy two-panel comic parodying the "No Playing Ball in the House" cold open scene from Malcolm in the Middle. Pyra and Shadowheart, in the outfits I recently drew them in, are leaning out of windows, tossing an American football to one another. TV show style subtitles have Pyra saying "This isn't even Brute-forcing myself out of art block" - the latter half of the sentence a crude screengrab of my exact words from a social media post pasted over the top. In the second panel, the subtitles have Shadowheart replying "That stopped being the point a long time ago." In the background, Princess Peach and Amy, also in their outfits I recently drew them in, are snogging up a storm in the style of the Kupahdraws kissing meme.

Comic from my weekly series, Chamomile. Detailed Description Follows: The scene from last time continues. We see Basil and Piper's silhouettes in the warm light of their front room through the window from outside, where the rain continues to pour. Piper is sat on the sofa as Basil hands her a mug of tea, saying "Here you go! We need to buy some more of our usual tea though. Only had that other blend at the back of the cupboard." Piper says "That's okay. Actually though, why did you say chamomile would be "fitting" for today?" Basil says "You don't remember? We tried it for the first time in that little café during a storm just like this. Years and years ago. Can never remember the name of it..." Piper says "Oh, I do remember that now! That was nice. The Cubby wasn't it? We should go there more often." The point of view changes to inside the room with them, pointing up towards the ceiling in a warped perspective, causing a great deal of negative space in the image. Piper says "Wow... I'm really noticing how quiet the house is, now..." Basil mumbles in agreement. The sound of the rain drums on the window behind them. They go upstairs and look down the hallway, where bedroom doors all have little placards to denote their owners. Piper says "Look at those empty bedrooms... Riley's already in Year 6... Hubert's in Year 3... and now, little Jay is starting Reception. It's all gone by so fast." Basil says "Piper! Aren't you forgetting our fourth and most precious child? Our sweet little girl, who all adore?" He then gestures to another room that was previously out of sight, which also has a placard to denote its purpose. Basil says "Guest Room has feelings too, you know! We should know, she complains about what we named her all the time!" Piper laughs. End of comic.

I've really enjoyed Raiders, think I'm satisfied with this as a stopping point (though might still pop on to do a daily help out for the sake of philanthropy).

The couple arrive home and begin to take their jackets off, it's now very clear that they are Chamomile's parents, much younger than the previous storyline that they appeared in. Piper says "Oof, sorry about that. Just getting in from that rain, I feel a bit better already. I think I fancy just a regular tea though if it's all the same to you." Basil replies "Of course! Did you want a minute to get settled?" Piper says "Nah that's fine, you can put the kettle on now." Basil pauses for a beat before saying "...Alright!". Piper quickly turns and in a panic says "Wait, no! Let me rephrase-" But Basil cheerfully exclaims "...But I don't think it'll suit me!" "Basil!" Piper whines, raising a finger but with a cringing smile. She says "You promised me you'd at least retire that one joke!" Basil throws his hands up in surrender and looks away, smiling as he says "It's just so hard to resist! I'm definitely working on it, I promise!" End of comic.

Comic from my weekly series, Chamomile. Detailed Description Follows: It's a very dark morning, sun smothered in thick clouds, heavy rain pouring. The voice of an unseen character says "We'll see you later sweetheart! Be brave! You can always go find your older brothers at lunchtime if you want to. We're sure you'll have a fun first day and make friends though. Love you!" The scene is now revealed, a drop-off at the school gates of Bay Valley East Primary School, several parents present and kids walking in. In the foreground, a couple, the source of the dialogue before, walk away, a woman and a man both in rain coats. The woman has black hair poking out of her hood, the man has glasses and curly brown hair. The woman, looking back towards the school gates says "Goodness... that's that then. All our children, grown up enough to be at school now." The man jovially says "What a day for it, too!" while adjusting his rain hat. The scene changes to a high street. There's a red telephone box, an electronics store advertising a desktop computer with CRT monitor as "The home office multimedia future", a shop called "Worthwools", advertising Pick and/or Mix for 39p per 100 grams and a music sale that includes both CDs and cassettes! The man says "I thought I'd be much more emotional. Certainly was the first time... and yet, because we've been though it so many times now, there's a funny mundanity about it today instead, don't you think?" He turns to the woman and says "Oh, but it's really pouring isn't it? You'd think the both of us actually were bawling our eyes out!" We then see that the woman has indeed got comical amounts of tears streaming from her sopping wet eyes as she sniffs and sniffles, saying nothing. The man stammers "...A... ah..." The two continue walking, and the man says "Come on then, home and a hot drink for us, I think. Ha ha, tell you what'd be fitting for the day. We've got that box of herbal tea still. Shall we make a nice chamomile?" End of comic.

Comic from my weekly series, Chamomile. Detailed Description Follows: Chamomile is at the beach in swimwear and a sheer white skirt, on a clear summer's day with her dog, Phantom. Chamomile is stood ankle-deep in the water, leaning forward and patting her legs, attempting to beckon Phantom into the water, who is still stood on the sand. She says "C'mon Phantom! The water's so nice and cool! Come join me!" Phantom enters the sea next to Chamomile, looking content. Chamomile says "There we go! So brave!! We're just having a little paddle, don't worry! Nothing to be afraid of-" but she is quite literally cut-off as a large crashing wave approaches behind them, overlapping the end of her speech bubble. It crashes down beneath their feet, causing them both to lose their balance and topple backwards into the shallow waters. We then see a newspaper article, with the headline "Main sands at local beach closed due to ghost sighting." The report reads "Residents were evacuated after two ambigious, haunting figures emerging from the sea were sighted by multiple witnesses at the weekend. When asked for comment on what procedures and actions would be put in place to secure the safety and wellbeing of the local residents, the Bay Valley Police Commissioner said: "Aaaaaaaaa!! What are we supposed to do about that!? Too scary!!!" In the meantime"... The article trails off the page. Next to the article is a blurry black and white photo of Chamomile and Phantom, stood in the water, absolutely dripping wet, Phantom's fluffy white coat now soaked and drooped down over her like a classic sheet ghost, while Chamomile's long, normally curly and full-flowing black hair is also soaked, weighed down and covering most of her face and upper body, also giving her a modern ghostly appearance. End of comic.

Splatoon 3 is just as I left it, it seems.

The caption reads "Frequent users of the baths claim that the gentle scent of Big ol' dildo is so relaxing that they don't even mind that there are no bubbles." While some Miis have been having kids I don't really care about and I've been shipping off to the farm upstate, Sam and Vi finally had a kid and that seemed cute so she gets to stay. They caught her up on the lore so far and then I redesigned her a bit more intentionally.

Tomodachi Life screenshots featuring my original characters. Vienna and Sam have had a baby, which they've named Max. During the stock "baby growing up" cinematic, the random item the game has chosen for someone to be holding at all times is the Chamomile comic book I made. Max has grown up, her default appearance here being long brown hair, Sam's smile and nose, and Vienna's big opaque glasses. I've redesigned Max to be more of a clean crossover between the two characters.

Comic from my weekly series, Chamomile. Detailed Description Follows: Chamomile and Sam are in the second room of The Cubby, away from the counter. Sam is just sitting down next to Chamomile holding two hot drinks, leaning over her shoulder. Chamomile is reading a celebrity gossip magazine, saying "This'll be fun. "Do you have the perfect friendship circle? You should aim to have one of each type offriend in our list!"" Sam says "Sounds daft. You don't actually buy into these kinda mags do you?" Chamomile says "Nah, just looking! Someone left it behind on the other table!" Sam says "...Ahhhh, alright then. Go on." Sam sits down as they begin looking at the article together. Chamomile reads out "The forever friend: you couldn't get rid of them if you tried." Sam says "Hmm, could be me, but I'll give it to Bri, you two have known each other since you were kids and been each other's rocks through all sorts of ups and downs." Chamomile reads "The like-minded friend, who encourages your best self." Sam says "Again, maybe me. But you see so much more of Layla at work, you both share a certain joyful optimism, and I know she's quite passionate about always wanting the best for people who live kindly." Chamomile reads "The antagonist friend, who will gently test your resolve." Sam says "I do push you sometimes, but that one is kinda Vi all over, huh? She respects you more than she lets on though, sometimes she's actually quite jealous of your innate lust for life. Uh... I assume. She deffo didn't make me swear an oath to never share that or anything." While looking towards Sam with a sly expression, Chamomile then reads "The busybody friend, who's always fully in the know on everyone's business with or without their approval." Sam says "Mmm... nope. Got nothing. Maybe you can be that one? Bit of a reach though. What's next? "Super cool friend"? "Perfect advice friend"? There's gotta be one for me." End of comic.
