It’s pretty early but it looks like I’ll be attending MAGFest in a few months. We’ve only gotten in once since Covid hit and had to cancel last second because of it

The most nostalgia bait-y thing in Sonic 06 that I can think of is the ending theme for Sonic’s story being a bizarre remix of the Sonic 2 ending theme featuring Akon of all people.

I just can’t see anything redeeming in Sonic Forces. Admittedly I don’t really care for boost gameplay, only one I beat was Generations 15 years ago
Unless you like character editors or the zone themes, it feels like any other game does everything better. I even like Hoobastank but Fist Bump is meh

Megatouch Saga: I got it, it’s extremely heavy, and I was worried it was broke because last night it was stuck on a black screen. Took the shell off to look inside, was afraid to touch anything because of the CRT, turned it back on without fixing anything and it worked.

Megatouch Saga: I got it, it’s extremely heavy, and I was worried it was broke because last night it was stuck on a black screen. Took the shell off to look inside, was afraid to touch anything because of the CRT, turned it back on without fixing anything and it worked.

I was devastated by how poorly I was doing on Call of Duty on Switch 2 when the MW4 beta started, but tonight I think gyro controls finally clicked for me. I’m kinda excited to play Splatoon again now too

I don’t think I ever shared this because at the time Bluesky didn’t have video support, but I got an old Windows XP POS from work last year and I made it a jukebox with my personal ripped CD collection

No shade to anyone who is diagnosed with autism or ADHD but I keep seeing people say they were in “gifted” classes as a kid, still struggled, just to find out they were undiagnosed or their parents hid it from them.
At 30 I feel like I’d rather just convince myself I was a bit weird and move on

An upsetting realization I had getting older is “the internet never forgets” is false. Plenty of niche and obscure things fade away. Cultural phenomenons won’t disappear, Gangnam Style and Keyboard Cat will live forever as Internet history, but the Freewebs Sonic fansites I liked in 2008 are gone

Well I snapped and cussed out several people at a volume and manner I don’t typically speak in and embarrassed myself. But it hopefully wasn’t for nothing and seems like people are open to talking and changes now. I just wish it didn’t take me blowing up and risking my job to accomplish
Someone at my job who has been here less than half the time I’ve been (11 years) has been stealing and breaking shit. The owner and manager are fully aware and doing absolutely nothing about it. In fact they are acting like nothing is wrong and the person is a perfect little helper.

It feels like some people think console manufacturers have their shit figured out and the services they offer now will always be around. There’s going to be another console without backwards compatibility and they will resell us these modern ports and remakes again in 10-15 years

I’m not excusing either variant of racism but when I see the edgelords on Call of Duty with crap like swastikas on their emblem I assume it’s some kid trying to be funny but in the span of a week I’ve had 2 different people legitimately try to discuss insane conspiracy theories with me

I’ve apparently started a collection of these fellas. I don’t see them much, I’m not sure if they were only in Wisconsin or what. The tags on the small heads say Shopko which was a Walmart-like chain based out of Green Bay, I haven’t done much research into them aside from the brand being Dan Dee

I don’t talk about this often but I’ve been struggling to lose weight for a decade now and I’m finally back under 300 pounds. I don’t talk about it because when you hear “over 300 pounds” without knowing I’m 6’7” it sounds worse than it really is but a healthy weight for me would be like 240
