Today, the Trump administration repealed the endangerment finding: the ruling that served as the basis for limits on tailpipe emissions and power plant rules. Without it, we’ll be less safe, less healthy and less able to fight climate change—all so the fossil fuel industry can make even more money.

Isocycloseram is highly toxic to bees, children and developing fetuses, with breakdown products that include highly persistent PFAS chemicals – one doesn’t need a class in environmental chemistry to understand that this pesticide deserves extra scrutiny.

Grid resilience in a climate-changed world. I would think this would also include burying power lines Which isn’t done in the U.S. because its more expensive than installing overhead lines. However it would be a wise investment since it would undoubtedly reduce outage frequency from extreme weather
Science-based planning can save lives, and the need to transition to an electricity grid powered by clean energy is more urgent than ever. Rachel Licker, co author of UCS’s recent report "Power After the Storm", offers insights on how to achieve grid resilience in a climate-changed world.
The Road to True Grid Resilience is Paved With Science and Community Voice
Those of us who live in the central United States are all too familiar with extreme weather events and their implications for the electricity that powers our homes and businesses. Off the top of my head, I can think of several storms that cut the power to my home in Wisconsin, including a particular
